Rakul Preet Singh shares a healthy Bhel recipe in a new video. We are drooling

Rakul Preet Singh may be a fitness freak, but that doesn’t stop her from devouring tasty treats. The actress is, in fact, a big foodie and her Instagram profile bears witness to this. She often devotes her social media posts to drool-worthy foods she loves.

On Tuesday, she posted a video in which she could be seen preparing a healthy version of Bhel. In the clip, the actress demonstrated the recipe for making a healthier version of popular street food. She also shared the ingredient list. The video ended with Rakul enjoying the tasty yet healthy dish.

“Health is not boring and here is proof that I am addicted to this recipe,” Rakul wrote in the caption.

Drooling already? Well, you can also prepare the dish with ingredients that are readily available at home. You just need to mix some chopped vegetables, peanuts, some puffed rice and moong dal in a bowl. Pour over some tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney, and mix all the ingredients well. You can also add a little sev. Rakul, however, revealed that she savors Bhel without sev.

Here is the full list of ingredients shared by Rakul:

2 tablespoons onion

1 cup tomato

1 cup carrot

1/4 cup peanuts

3/4 cup moong dal

1 tablespoon of sev (I have it without)

1 tablespoon green chutney

2 tablespoons tamarind chutney

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 crackers or small puffed rice (if you like)

That’s all you need to make Rakul’s Healthy Bowl of Bhel. Easy, right?
