LA Rams’ DeSean Jackson sells Tarzana mansion for $ 2.2 million – Daily News
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver DeSean Jackson has sold his traditional-style home in Tarzana for $ 2.2 million, 9% more than asking price.
Jackson listed the 3,837-square-foot four-bedroom home hidden by trees on oversized land south of Ventura Boulevard for $ 1.995 million in August. He bought it in 2013 for $ 1.65 million, according to property records.
The house, built in 1951, shares the land with an independent one-bedroom guest house.
A fireplace warms the living room with its vaulted wood beamed ceiling and hardwood floor inside the main house.
Carrara marble countertops, bespoke cabinetry, Viking appliances, and a large pantry are hallmarks of the kitchen. It opens onto the great room, which combines family and dining areas.
Upstairs, the master suite has a large dressing room, a desk and a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower, a bathtub and two sinks. It opens to a balcony that overlooks the courtyard with a swimming pool, spa and built-in barbecue area.
Lee Mintz and Rosa Gil of Compass represented Jackson in the sale, while Lana Mitsevich of New Vision Real Estate and Investment represented the buyers.
Jackson, 34, is a veteran wide receiver. During his 13 seasons in the NFL, the Long Beach native played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins (now known as Washington Football Team) and Tampa Bay Buccanneers. He played a second stint with the Eagles in 2020 before signing with the Rams in March 2021.
