Prepare chicken broth by boiling the meat in water until cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken pieces and mix the chicken broth into the milk. Keep the milk broth aside.
Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. SautÃ© the jeera and peppercorns. Once they spit up, add the onions, ginger, and garlic. SautÃ© until the onions are transparent. Add the cilantro powder, tomato puree, salt, green peppers and chicken. Pour in the milk broth and bring it to a bowl. Add a little cornmeal mixture to thicken the sauce.
Stir in the tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and half the cilantro leaves. Serve hot garnished with the remaining cilantro leaves.
