The original Hocus pocus is a staple for most households during the Halloween season, and Disney has been promising a suite for years. Instead of an actual trailer for this Halloween, Disney has revealed a new roster of characters who will be joining the Sanderson sisters. (again played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimi and Better Midler) second adventure.

Join the cast of Hocus pocus 2 will be hollywood resident monster man Doug jones, Veep alums Tony hale and Sam Richardson (also from pretty good Werewolves inside!), and Ted lasso Hannah waddingham. Jones, you may remember, played zombie Billy Butcherson, who went on to help the Salem children defeat the Sanderson sisters and his ex, Winnie (Midler).

They will be joined by Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, Belissa Escobedo, Juju Brener, Froy Gutierrez, Taylor Henderson and Nina Kitchen. Young actors you’ve probably seen on shows like Teen wolf or the short-lived ABC series, The Baker and the Beauty. There is no doubt that some of them are on hand to start the plot or be put in danger, no matter what danger the sisters are preparing. Other than Jones, the roles of the other characters in the film have yet to be revealed.

New Hocus pocus will effectively have the same plot as the original film in 1993: accidentally awakened by a trio of young girls, the Sanderson Sisters arrive in today’s Salem and start destroying everything while looking for children to drain their life force.
