A popular home cook has revealed how to make delicious green pasta filled with hidden veggies.
Sydney foodie Ayeh Manfre known as Cooking with Ayehclaims that pasta is the ultimate comfort food.
To prepare the dish, she first removed the skin and seeds from two medium avocados and added them to a blender along with two cups of fresh basil.

She then added two cloves of crushed garlic, half a lemon juice, a quarter cup of nutritional yeast and a quarter cup of olive oil to the blender.
Ayeh poured two tablespoons of Melrose Essential Garden powder into the blender with a pinch of salt and pepper, then blended the green mixture well.
She then poured 200 grams of her favorite pasta into a pot with boiling water and cooked it until al dente.
Once the pasta was cooked, she poured it into a bowl, then poured the creamy green sauce over the top and tossed well to combine.
To thicken the sauce and add more creaminess to the bowl of comfort food, she added a little pasta water and enjoyed it.
Her easy, vegan pasta dish took just 15 minutes to make and she says it’s her new winter dish.

Ayeh posted the recipe video on TikTok where many left comments saying they were looking forward to making the pasta dish themselves.
